Synopsis
Tom Schultz believes he's discovered a silver lining in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy: a breach in offshore barrier islands has transformed Long Island's once heavily polluted Bellport Bay into a pristine boater's paradise.
While many welcome the newly reclaimed waters, other residents believe THE BREACH has caused dangerous flood waters to rise, endangering their waterfront homes.
Tom organizes a campaign to save THE BREACH, which he believes is vital for the health of the bay, and the future of Long Island.
